1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Opawey platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Opawey provides airport transfer booking, hourly chauffeur rental, tour booking, and experience booking services. We connect passengers with professional licensed drivers.
3. Booking and Cancellation
Bookings are confirmed upon payment or acceptance. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur charges.
4. Payment
We accept prepayment via credit/debit card (processed by Stripe), cash on-site, and card on-site (subject to a 5% transaction fee). All prices include VAT, taxes, and tolls unless otherwise stated.
5. Liability
Opawey acts as a platform connecting passengers with drivers. While we vet all drivers and vehicles, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Partner Terms
Drivers and partners registering on the platform agree to maintain professional standards, valid insurance, and proper licensing. Opawey retains a 20% commission on all completed rides.
